Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PenGenie premium workspace or team API subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to paid capabilities until the end of your current active billing cycle. We do not offer prorated credits or partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

Refund Policy

Due to serverless execution fees and external proxy queries associated with running technical audits (e.g., live redirection hops check, sitemap depth checking), we generally do not offer refunds for consumed billing periods.

However, we offer a strict 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the first month of your team subscription if you are entirely unsatisfied with the platform capabilities and have executed less than 1,000 live server checks.

To request a refund under these terms, please contact our support team at support@pengenie.com. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
